it is also possible to create summaries of activity in your office, and these can be scheduled to be sent daily, weekly or monthly.
sending alerts requires the purchase of credits. these can be bought in blocks of 1,000 for e-mails and blocks of 100 for sms texts. you are automatically notified when you need to purchase more credits to continue sending alerts.
