our process
when you engage us for your project, we follow a simple five-step process to deliver your website on time and to budget.each stage produces a tangible deliverable, so you can see how your project is progressing and make sure that it is heading in the right direction.
1. specifications
we will meet with you to determine the objectives of your project and create a "statement of work" that clearly defines the functional, technical, design and financial requirements for the project.2. architecture
once the statement of work has been agreed, we will start on defining the architecture. this involves defining the overall structure of the website, along with determining the precise user interaction experience for the more complex functions.3. creative design
once the site structure has been completed, we will start work on the creative design. we create a number of design templates for you to examine, which will then be used as a basis for the final page designs.4. implementation
taking the statement of work, site architecture and design templates, we now implement the final solution. beta versions are available for review on line as the work progresses.5. launch
sign-off of the work, and typically half a day of training in the use of our tools to keep your site up-to-date yourself. finally, the completed web site is launched.
